Training for civil servants in Seville

Second session of the training "Social inclusion of migrants: human rights and local services", in Seville. The course is dedicated to civil servants from local authorities in Andalucia.

Professor Mbuyi Kabunda: "The causes of African migrations:
*Differences in income and wealth, economic unbalances.
*Differences in demographics, Europe more and more rich and old, Africa more and more poor and young.
*Differences in access to democracy. African youth must choose between exhile and kalashnikov."

Juan José Téllez "to make this very short, we're importing the best minds and the bodies of the so called Third-World Countries, impoverishing them even more".
